We will need a copy or screenshot of a bank statement from the account where you requested the withdrawal, which shows your full name, account number, and all transactions from the date you requested the withdrawal until the present date.
Please note that when estimating the time of arrival for the withdrawal, you should take into account both the 24-hour processing time from our side and the payment provider's processing time.
