There may be several reasons for canceling a withdrawal, including:

The deposit has not been wagered fully. In accordance with our Terms of Service, deposits must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal.

The withdrawal has been made with an incorrect method. For security reasons, we ask our customers to use the same method when making a withdrawal as used previously when making deposits. This means that you would need to withdraw back to the payment method used when depositing.

The withdrawal has been requested to be made using a payment method that is not under your name.

Verification documents have been requested. If the documents haven’t been received within 72 hours, withdrawals will be cancelled, and the funds will be returned to your betbus account.
